Processing of personal data of the Users of the tvp.pl Portal
Personal data consist of all information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
All personal data is collected and stored on the tvp portal in accordance with the provisions of articles of the regulation on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC the general regulation on data protection and the act of 18th of July 2002 on electronic services.
Registration is not obligatory, which means that providing personal data is voluntary, however providing the User's e-mail address is necessary to register the User's Account and use the "Newsletter" service. In order to facilitate the use of certain services available on the Portal, the forms proposed on dedicated websites may indicate other personal data, the transfer of which is necessary in order to use the service offered on the website. For this purpose, the User consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of using certain services which means that the legal basis for processing such data is art. 6 par. 1, point a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC, the general Data Protection Regulation. The transmitted data is protected against access by third parties and used by TVP S.A. only for contacts with users necessary for the performance of a given service.
The scope of data
For the purpose of providing services on the Portal the Users' personal data that are processed contain in particular: e-mail address, first name, surname, postal code, telephone number, country of origin, RTV subscriber's number.

The purpose of personal data processing
Users' personal data is collected, stored and used by TVP with the consent of the persons they concern, in accordance with the law and with observance of due procedures and in a manner guaranteeing their safety. TVP may use personal data only to provide proper service to Users, for the purpose of providing the Services, filing complaints, withdrawing from the agreement for the provision of Services and communication with Users who filed a complaint or made a statement of withdrawal from the service provision agreement.
The right to access your personal data, to correct and to delete them
The User has the right to gain the access and correct his or her personal data provided to TVP S.A. as part of the User Account service (after passing the procedure verifying the user's identity, consisting of entering the password), in the "MY DATA" tab. Complete delete of the e-mail address is tantamount to deleting the User Account, which requires checking the "Delete Account" option on the User's Account. The complete deletion of the e-mail address provided as part of the "Newsletter" service requires connection to the TVP SA website. by means of an Internet address (the so-called "link") at the end of each message sent as part of the service.
Each User, who has consented to the processing of his personal data in order to use the services available on the Portal, can directly contact TVP with a request to allow access to his or her data, to correct, delete, limit processing or to object to the data being processed, as well as the use of data transfer capabilities.
In order to use the possibility of exercising the rights related to the processing of personal data, each person whose data is processed as part of the provision of services on the Portal, may contact the Data Protection Supervisor at the e-mail address rodo@tvp.pl, as well as by traditional mail at the address: Telewizja Polska S.A. ul. J. P. Woronicza 17, 00-999 Warsaw, with the note "to the Data Protection Officer".
The user also has the possibility to file a complaint to the supervisory body competent in the protection of personal data.
For security purposes in case of suspicion that the User Account may have been violated, for example by unauthorized access to the login and password used to log in to the Portal, immediately contact the administration of the Portal at the e-mail address: pomoc@tvp.pl.
TVP does not transfer (does not sell and in any way lend) the Users' personal data to third parties. The data that TVP may disclose to entities cooperating with it are of general statistical specifications that do not allow individual Users to be identified. For technical reasons, TVP may entrust processing the data to another entity by contract or other legal instrument without changing the purpose of their processing in accordance with art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC general data protection regulation.
The use of selected Services requires the consent to the processing of personal data during the registration of the User Account, as well as to complete forms by the User in order to gain access to some of the selected Services. Obtaining access to the ABO Zone requires the User's consent for TVP to obtain information from Poczta Polska whether the User has paid the RTV Subscription. Users' personal data processed within the Portal are not subject to profiling, except the use of cookies for the purpose of displaying ads tailored to expectations of the users. Protection of personal data being processed
The set of collected personal data is treated as a database with a high degree of security, stored on a server secured against both remote (IT) and physical access. Polska Telewizja S.A. has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security corresponding to the risk of violating the rights and freedoms of Users. In addition, all persons processing personal data of users for the use of the Portal have appropriate authorizations issued by the personal data administrator in accordance with art. 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC general data protection regulation.
Sharing personal data
The Data Administrator does not provide without legal basis (does not sell and in no way lend) the collected personal data of Portal Users to third parties. Data that the Administrator may disclose to entities cooperating with it are of general statistical specifications that do not allow the identification of individual users. For technical reasons, the Administrator may entrust another entity, by way of an agreement concluded in writing, processing data without changing the purpose of their processing, in particular it may successively, along with their inflow, forward e-mail addresses provided when reporting a desire to receive "Newsletter", to SARE Limited Liability Company based in Rybnik at 6 Hallera Street, 44-200 Rybnik, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number of the National Court Register KRS 0000235095, with tax identification number NIP 642–28-84-378 and share capital in the amount of PLN 50,000, in order to carry out through the computer program provided by it sending messages as part of the "Newsletter" service.
Processing of other data of the users of the tvp.pl portal
On the TVp.pl Portal, we also collect the information contained in the system logs (for example IP address). It is used for technical purposes related to the administration of our servers. IP addresses are also used to collect general statistical demographic information about visitors to the Portal.
Transmission protection
Data of particular importance - in particular all kinds of passwords - are sent via SSL encrypted protocol.
